Azure understands the importance of maintaining a quality design while staying in budget. Working with each client and/or architect, Azure will identify alternative designs, methods, and materials that are most suitable and affordable for a project. We then start value engineering during the pre-construction stages of the project and continue during the construction stage. We will not stop looking forimprovements and savings until the project is complete.

This is where a design and budget are finalized allowing us to select subcontractors, create schedules, acquire permits and get your project ready for construction. Every aspect of the project will be shared with the owner, designer, and architect forreview and approval before the first shovel is placed in the ground.

We are upfront and open about all costs and share that information, in timely detail, with the client. Each client is able to verify that there are no hidden costs or additional mark-ups in our billing.
